چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت تالاب‌ها در حیات انسانها و با توجه به خشکیدگی فراگیر آنها در سالهای اخیر احساس می‌شود تا قوانین و مقررات مدون در نظام حقوقی کشور را شناسایی و ارزیابی نمود. این نوشتار با پیروی از اهداف کنوانسیون رامسر مبنی بر حفاظت از تالاب‌ها و استفاده معقول جوامع محلی اطراف آن در صدد بررسی قوانین و مقررات پراکنده موجود اما مرتبط در خصوص حفاظت و استفاده معقول جوامع محلی پیرامون آن از تالاب‌ها به قوانین و مقررات گوناگون مرتبط به تالاب‌ها و کاستیها و نواقص موجود پرداخته است.

Due to the importance of wetlands in human life and due to their widespread drought in recent years, night laws have been felt to identify and evaluate the laws and regulations in the country's legal system. Following the objectives of the Ramsar Convention on the Protection of Wetlands and the reasonable use of local communities around it, this article seeks to examine the existing but related rules and regulations regarding the protection and reasonable use of local communities around wetlands to laws and regulations.
