Abstract

The problem of poverty and high unemployment worldwide is considered a serious challenge, and Iran, as a developing country, has always been grappling with this problem, especially among rural communities. Poverty and lack of jobs in rural areas, the concentration of facilities and services in the city, cause attractiveness in urban areas and evoke the longing for migration in the minds of villagers, including young people.
