Very useful material has been published so far on sustainable development, its characteristics, and areas of operation, but it seems that the question of how these ideas will be realized, especially the role of non-governmental organizations, should be given more attention. Sustainable development is the intersection of society, the economy and the environment. Thus, its four main indicators are: sustainability in natural resources, economic sustainability, social sustainability and political sustainability.
