This general concept was widely proposed by the Global Conservation Strategy to manage the conservation of natural resources and the environment in order to better play a better role in human welfare. One of the most important of these is the 1992 Rio de Janeiro Summit with the 21st Agenda as a United Nations Working Plan for the 21st Century. Sustainable development is, in fact, a balance between development and environmental protection. There can be four aspects of sustainability: sustainability in natural resources, political sustainability, social sustainability, and political sustainability. In fact, the concept of sustainable development is not just about focusing on the environmental dimension, but also about social and economic sustainability. In fact, sustainable development is the intersection of society, the economy and the environment. Unfortunately, in recent decades, in many of the activities and decisions made, little attention has been paid to the sustainable development of the environment, and therefore many problems have arisen during the implementation of development projects, especially in our country, which has caused great economic and social damage. Has been to the country. Despite such unfortunate experiences, there is still no proper understanding and trust in the discussion of sustainable development in development projects. Therefore, we decided to dedicate this issue of Boom Korea to the discussion of sustainable development. However, we hope that the forthcoming special issue with articles and specialized statements in the field of sustainable development will be able to take a small step in the correct implementation of the concept of sustainable development.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {سخن سردبیر}, abstract_fa = {معرفی واژه توسعه پایدار در ادبیات محیط زیستی در گزارشی تحت عنوان آینده مشترک ما، یا گزارش برانتلند، در آوریل 1987 مطرح گردید ولی کاربرد اصطلاح توسعه پایدار برای اولین بار در اواسط دهه 1970 به خانم باربارا وارد نسبت داده می‌شود. این مفهوم کلی با استراتژی حفاظت جهانی به طور گسترده‌ای مطرح شد تا حفاظت از منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست را در راستای ایفای نقش بهتر در جهت رفاه انسانی به نحو مطلوب، مدیریت نماید.کنفرانس‌ها و نشست‌های مختلفی برای چاره اندیشی بر بحران جهانی محیط زیست تشکیل شده که یکی از مهمترین آن‌ها اجلاس سال 1992 ریودوژانیرو با دستور کار 21  به صورت برنامه کار سازمان ملل برای قرن 21 می‌باشد. توسعه پایدار در حقیقت تعادل بین توسعه و حفظ محیط زیست می‌باشد. پایداری از چهار جنبه می‌تواند وجود داشته باشد که عبارتند از: پایداری در منابع طبیعی، پایداری سیاسی، پایداری اجتماعی و پایداری سیاسی. در حقیقت مفهوم توسعه پایدار صرفا به دنبال تمرکز بر روی بعد محیط زیستی نمی‌باشد و پایداری اجتماعی و اقتصادی نیز مد نظر است. در واقع توسعه پایدار محل تلاقی بین جامعه، اقتصاد و محیط زیست است. اما متاسفانه در دهه‌های اخیر در بسیار از فعالیت‌ها و تصمیم گیری‌های انجام شده توجه چندانی به بعد محیط زیستی توسعه پایدار نشده است و از این رو مشکلات بسیاری در خلال اجرای طرح‌های توسعه‌ای بخصوص در کشور ما بوجود آمده است، که موجب خسارات اقتصادی و اجتماعی سنگینی به کشور شده است. با وجود چنین تجارب ناگواری هنوز درک درست و اعتماد لازم به بحث توسعه پایدار در طرح‌های توسعه‌ای وجود ندارد. از این رو بر آن شدیم این شماره از نشریه بوم کره را به بحث توسعه پایدار اختصاص دهیم. با این حال امیدواریم ویژه‌نامه پیش رو با مقالات و اظهارات تخصصی در زمینه توسعه پایدار بتواند گام کوچکی را در اجرای صحیح مفهوم توسعه پایدار بردارد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://ecosphersj.ut.ac.ir/article_76179.html}, eprint = {https://ecosphersj.ut.ac.ir/article_76179_1f4eeb54efe7c0d70f7a33f99e07dc22.pdf} }
